At Pieces Together, the ‘magic’ of collaboration is intrinsic to the LEGO® System itself, which functions as an ‘interconnecting set of parts’ where connections arise easily and often in ‘unexpected ways’. We cultivate a supportive environment where ‘constructive collaboration is encouraged so that one good idea can lead to another’ , effectively utilizing the bricks as a ‘social tool’ that builds ‘social capital’ through a common, accessible language. By employing structured roles such as ‘Engineer’ and ‘Builder’ , we can create scenarios that necessitate ‘joint attention’ and verbal exchange , while our ‘shoulder-to-shoulder’ methodology ensures that conversation flows naturally during these shared tasks, transforming the simple act of clicking bricks together into a powerful catalyst for ‘meaningful human connection’.
